Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller IT Sales / Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT products and services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective responses to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate IT products and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT sales or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales techniques.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
