Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller IT Sales / Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective responses to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate IT products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT sales or a related industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales techniques.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
